# STRmie-HD Documentation **STRmie-HD** (Short Tandem Repeat Mapping and Identification Engine – Huntington's Disease) is an interactive, Python-based tool designed to support the curation, visualization, and interpretation of short tandem repeat (STR) genotyping data obtained from Huntington's Disease (HD) patients.
